This site is the portfolio of Nelson Mouëllic, a Vancouver commercial and advertising photographer. I keep data collection to a minimum. This page explains what is collected, why, and your choices.

What I collect

When you use the contact form. If you fill out the contact form, I receive the details you submit — your name, company or brand, email address, optional phone number, project type, timeline, optional budget, and your message. I use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. It is emailed to me at nelson@mouellic.com. I don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside of replying to you, and I don’t add you to any mailing list without your asking.

Basic analytics. This site uses Google Site Kit (Google Analytics and Search Console) to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, rough location, device and browser type, and how people arrive. This is used to improve the site. Analytics may set cookies and is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

Server and caching. The site is hosted on managed WordPress with standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) kept for security and troubleshooting, and a caching/optimization layer (AccelerateWP) that doesn’t collect personal data.

Cookies

The site itself uses minimal cookies (for example, remembering your light/dark preference). Analytics may set its own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the core site will still work.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me what contact-form information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — just email nelson@mouellic.com and I’ll take care of it. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out tools.

Third parties

The services that may process limited data on this site are Google (Site Kit / Analytics) and the site host. I don’t use advertising networks or sell data to anyone.
